The RS User Group has asked us to assess whether or not processes in RS run at an acceptable speed. In order to do this we've agreed with the User Group to perform a survey to find out how speed varies from one customer to another. You will need to submit 2 responses to this survey. The first response should be with the Room Chart set to 'All Areas'. The second response should be with the Room Chart set to 'Follow Tree'.
We've restricted this survey to a small number of processes in the student module so that we can make sure that the process of running a survey produces useful information on which we can act. If this initial exercise proves fruitful we'll extend the survey to other areas.
