PAMS

If you're an existing customer using our PAMS product, ongoing versions of PAMS are being delivered under the Room Service 'brand'. Room Service has 2 installation options - Room Service for SQL Server (the traditional Room Service product) and Room Service for Oracle (the installation option for customers using PAMS).  

 

The Room Service for Oracle (PAMS) suite does not include the full Room Service suite.  It includes:
  • Student applications, allocations & contracts
  • Debt management
  • Direct Debits
  • Discoverer Reports End User Layer
  • Casual Lets

 

It includes the full Room Service e-Business suite.
