Use Occam's web portal tools to design your payment processing rules and choices. Design the acceptance process to include; payment plans and method choices, prepayment and/or deposit requirements.

Payment methods include card and direct debit. e-Payments has standard interfaces for a wide range of online card payment providers including WPM Education, WorldPay, Securetrading and Mentec. The direct debit pages perform validation of bank sort code and account number and meet the paperless direct debit standards.

Once they've paid, payments and Direct Debit Instructions are visible in your Room Service or PAMS system.

e-Payments speeds up your business by removing post delays. It eliminates time-consuming data processing activities. Automated emails improve the customer experience and reduce 'phone enquiries.

e-Payments is part of Occam's e-Business suite. This session, over 80,000 students will use Occam's e-Payments to pay pre-payments, deposits and rent payments with their application or room offer.
