Use Occam's web portal tools to design your Room Offer pages. Design the acceptance process to include; instructions; payment plan and method choices, prepayment and/or deposit requirements. Link terms and conditions to specific halls, and design your thank you pages and email templates.
Publish your pages and then your Students can login to your web portal and view, accept or reject their Room Offer in real-time. Their room offer confirms the proposed charges, payment plan and payment methods, and the terms and conditions of the offer.
Track outstanding room offers. You can list, sort and order, group, filter and search all room offers. If they've not been accepted by the expiry date email them a reminder!
Once they've accepted, Students can view their room offer and contract at any time.
